Welcome to the projects page. Projects on this page will be in one of the states identified below:

IDENTIFIED - The project has been identified as impacting a number of homeowners and additional research or bids are being accepted to understand costs
APPROVED - The identified project can be accomplished with the current budget and start date has been documented
IN-PROGRESS - Approved project has been started and will continue to completion
COMPLETED - Project completed and costs updated to reflect final costs
FUNDING REQUIRED - The project has been identified as impacting a number of homeowners but cannot be completed within current budget. Additional funds will be required prior to approval

Each document contains a scope of work, approximate costs, start/end date (or tentative start/end date(s)), and location for each project.
